WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DOES A CHIROPRACTOR HAVE?
The biggest misconception concerning a chiropractor is they aren't a 'real doctor.' Chiropractors receive a minimum of 4 years of Chiropractic College usually preceded by 4 years of basic sciences prior to going to a Chiropractic College. Chiropractors receive over 4,200 hours in the basic sciences in which we pride ourselves on being very knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology. Also, we have a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised clinical training in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
All of our chiropractors are certified activator practitioners for those patients that want the most specific and gentle adjustments to their spine and extremities.
