Here are the first month's results of our weight loss program

Patients are losing 5 to 10 pounds and 1 inch of their waist with our program here at Achieve Integrative Health. There are so many programs and diets that are very fast at reducing weight like 50 pounds in a month, like the keto diet, Atkins diet, and paleo diet, all of which are programs to lose weight fast but there is a big difference for those well within our program.

Our program is more beneficial since it’s more permanent than the Yo-yo diet (diets that are at a fast pace). In a yo-yo diet, you can lose weight faster but when you stop, there’s a big chance you’ll probably gain a lot more. It will result in gaining more or you will be heavier after five years, for about 10 to 20 pounds. Your body gets saggy if you use fast-paced weight loss but with our weight loss program, you will slowly lose the weight.

Your body will adapt to the new norm and will get a more permanent weight loss. You’ll even become concerned about fitting yourself with clothes that are sexier. Our program results in our patients having their waist at one inch off, so they are losing fat. This is a slow phasing program but it will not hurt/does not have a bad effect on your health.

Fast-paced programs can do more harm to your body since you can stop diabetes or hypertension from the start but after a few months, it can go back almost immediately. But with our program, it can be permanent and will change your lifestyle habits too. Since this is a slow-paced program, this is less harmful to your health or your systems.
