Does milk really do the body any good?

Did you know that milk has zero benefit to the body? That's why people that are weight training, are trying to compete, building their muscles, taking whey protein – they’re just killing their bodies. Those people may not admit it but most likely they’ve got gastrointestinal problems in CITY* STATE*. Dr. Shinya discovered how bad milk was to our bodies more than 35 years ago when his own children had developed atopic dermatitis at six or seven months of age.

Since he was a gastroenterologist and a surgeon, he knows ulcerative colitis that’s closely linked to one’s diet. He focuses on what kind of food the children usually ate and it turned out those children developed atopic dermatitis. His wife stopped breastfeeding and started giving them milk under the pediatrician's advice. When you’re giving milk, whey protein to your babies, it actually causes them inflammation.

Problems With Milk in CITY* STATE*

Dr. Shinya stopped all kinds of milk from their children’s diet since he discovered that it was bad for their health. The bloody stool, diarrhea, and atopic dermatitis was completely subsided from their children. We are brainwashed by the dairy industry that milk is good for our bodies. It tastes good but it has zero benefits to our body and in fact, it causes inflammation.

Some people didn’t know the slow bad effects of it on their bodies but our lives can be even better. We could have more energy and less pain if we were going to avoid it. There are people who don’t know the causes of pain, aches, allergies, sniffling, foggy brain, and stiffness that they sometimes unknowingly ignore a little pain. Some might admit that they have allergies while they are sneezing or sniffling.

If we want to avoid having cancer or creating inflammation in our body, we must not continue taking dairy products such as whey protein or casein. It can harm our intestines and we can have an autoimmune disorder. There is a patient who's got the Hashimoto’s, a thyroid problem that can be the effect of her taking whey protein and eating animal protein since it was her trainer’s advice for a fitness competition. At first, she thought that it helps her to build muscles a lot but she unknowingly acquired the autoimmune disorder.

She had the Hashimoto’s that her own body attacks the thyroid glands and she didn’t have that issue before. Thankfully, she came to Achieve Integrative Health and after six months, her autoimmune is almost completely gone. We gave her the proper nutrition.

If you need help with autoimmune conditions, nerve problems, and joint problems, we can possibly help you. We will bring you back on the right track and make your quality of life better.
